ويمثل المغاربة أول جالية أجنبية تقيم في إسبانيا بصفة قانونية. ويأتي الرومانيون (932 ألف و859) في المرتبة الثانية، يليهم البريطانيون (316 ألف و529)، الكولومبيون (315 ألف و885)، الإيطاليون (298 ألف و817) ثم الفنيزويليون (220 ألف و461).
